Christine Tran is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Trainer (E-RYT 200) from Los Angeles. She specializes in gentle and adaptive yoga, energy healing, and mindfulness practices to support self-care and to transform stress into balanced health.

She makes holistic living accessible in our fast-paced society and guides individuals on how to integrate wellness into everyday life. Each stage of our lives requires a different support system. We can learn to allow the natural changes and upgrade our ways to live harmoniously with them, or resist and repeat the same habits and patterns that no longer serve us.

Christine’s wellness journey started from injuries resulting from running. At first yoga was too slow and quiet for her, but she soon realized that the discomfort came from not taking breaks in her own fast-paced and stress-filled lifestyle. The slow and steady pace of the practice gives space for awareness and connection to our true essence - that's yoga!

The practices of Yoga Therapy and Reiki Jin Kei Do (The Way of Compassion and Wisdom) have positively transformed chronic stress for Christine and people she have shared them with in her life. She is grateful for the teachings that helped her create space within to nurture and connect to the inner peace, joy, wisdom and universal oneness within and in all beings. She dedicates each day in sharing the healing with others, guiding individuals to tune into their own innate wisdom and compassion.

Christine helps you to pause, invite space and nurture heart-centered choices that truly supports you. This intentional nourishment allows you to connect with yourself and others from a place of presence, love, compassion, and understanding. 

Christine is grateful for the teachings of her parents, Sri Dharma Mittra, Dharma Yoga teachers, and her training in Comprehensive Yoga Therapy (Yoga Life Institute), Therapeutic Yoga (Cheri Clampett & Arturo Peal), and Reiki Jin Kei Do.
